Problems adding an item to the shopping cart:

If you are having trouble adding items to the shopping cart, it's probably because you have configured your browser not to accept cookies. We use cookie technology to track your requests and purchases. You will need to go to preferences in your browser and tell your browser to accept cookies. In Netscape, go to Preferences, select on the Advanced option and tell the browser to accept all cookies. In Internet Explorer, go to Preferences, select Cookies under Receiving Files and deselect Never Accept (change it to one of the three other options) and close preferences.

If you do not wish to keep this feature active, simply turn it off after the purchasing session.

What payment methods do you accept?

 

    We accept several methods of payment:

    a) Credit card: VISA or MASTER Credit Card;

    b) Prepaid: Payment can be made by Personal Check or Money Order in US dollar funds. Please understand that we need to pack your order before we can determine the freight and inform you the grand total. For personal checks, please allow an additional 10 days to process checks. We are not responsible for checks lost in the mail. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. internet orders.


When will my credit card be charged?

 

    We will not process credit cards on-line and do not charge any amount to your credit card until the item actually ships. You can cancel an order prior to shipment by instantly calling our Customer Service Dept.

When will I receive my order?

 

a) Internet order are usually shipped the same business day if received before 2:00 pm PST Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the next Monday. Orders placed on Fridays for "Next Day Air" will not be delivered on Saturday, but the next Monday, unless a surcharge is paid for special delivery on Saturday.

b) Ground service shipping time to Central States is usually 3 business days to Central States and about 5 business days to Eastern States (not counting the pick-up day, Saturday or Sunday).

c) The day your order ships, UPS or FedEx will email you with a tracking number and instructions to track your shipment. Please dis-able your spam control to receive emails dispatched by UPS or FedEx.

  3. Our website www.monarkgolf.com reflects only one price level: Bronze pricing. If you qualify for silver or gold pricing, the lower price will be manually applied after check-out and the lower prices will be charged to your credit card. However please keep in mind that only orders above $99.00 taken at Bronze pricing will receive free ground shipping. There is no free shipping for silver and gold pricing. If you qualify for silver or gold pricing, please inform us whether you prefer free shipping at Bronze level or the discounted pricing without free freight.


How much will shipping cost me?

 

All Monark orders are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS Parcel Post, unless otherwise specified. We strive for the best possible combination of price and service for your shipment.

Freight charges to the 48 Continental States are based on the following rate chart:

Our online shopping system will automatically apply shipping rates based on your order amount and method of choice, allowing you to see the grand total of your order including freight prior to submitting it and obtaining an Order Number.

There is no minimum order amount at Monark Golf. However, a minimum shipping charge applies from the above chart.

Freight for International Orders: Sorry we cannot provide here a chart for shipping to all different countries. International orders (i.e. all countries outside the USA) will be shipped via DHL, TNT or USPS. For international destinations the shopping cart does not include the freight and freight will be manually added upon check-out. Freight will be charged after your order has been packed and weighed and is not based on your order amount.

Upon your request, we can provide you with a freight quotation, please forward to us your firm and specific purchase order to determine the freight.


Can you ship my order via the United States Postal Service (USPS)?

    a) Whenever possible, we ship orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) as we are striving for the best combination of price and service for your shipment. We know there are situations where shipping via the USPS would be less expensive. Unfortunately, the USPS has less sophisticated tracking capabilities and box dimension limitations that are restrictive for shipping long, narrow boxes like golf shafts.

    b) In some cases, where USPS is the only option of delivery, we are shipping via USPS. For example, we are required to ship APO and FPO packages via the USPS.


Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses via USPS?

    Yes. USPS packages can only be tracked to the delivery the location at which the military takes over distribution. At that point we do not have tracking capability of your package. Please note that sometimes order transit time to APO/FPO can not be controlled due to certain circumstances. Military mail distribution tries to deliver a package on an average of 12 business days, but due to uncontrollable situations, it may take up to 6 weeks.


Do you ship to Canada and internationally?

    a) Yes we certainly do ship to Canada and internationally.

    b) There are many ways to place an international order:

      aa) 24-hour internet: Shop online, add items to your shopping cart and checkout. When checking out, please click "international".

      bb) Phone: Please call us at 001-909-598-5443.

      cc) Fax: Please fax your order 24 hours to: 001-909-598-5444.

    c) Customs and Duties:
    All orders from outside the United States must be pre-paid in U.S. dollars and are subject to normal import duty, taxes and customs clearance charges in the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; so please contact your local customs office for further information.

    d) New International Customers:
    For your protection you may be asked to provide proof of credit card ownership, including a copy of your most recent credit card statement and a copy of a valid identification card. Please fax this to us at: 001-909-598-5444.

    e) Freight for International Orders:
    Sorry we cannot provide here a chart for shipping to all different countries. International orders (i.e. all countries outside the USA) will be shipped via DHL, TNT or USPS. To provide you with a price quotation, please forward to us your firm and specific purchase order to determine the freight.

    The following USPS options are available:

      aa) Standard air parcel post is without tracking number and your order cannot be located. Insurance is optional.

      bb) EMS speed post is with tracking number and includes insurance up to US$ 100.00 coverage. Insurance above $100 coverage is optional.

      cc) Transit time is subject to customs clearance in your country. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance in your country. To claim insurance for a lost USPS shipment may take up to 6 months time. Credit will be issued after claim received from USPS.


When is Sales tax charged?

    Unlike other companies, Monark Golf does not operate retail stores in your home state.

    We charge sales tax only for shipments to California addresses. CA State laws require us to collect a sales tax of presently 8.25% (Los Angeles County) on merchandise and shipping. All other 49 states are free of sales tax as we do not operate retail outlets outside California.
