  • The Second Generation KURO KAGE™ Silver Wood Series will feature the same Profile and High Density Prepreg as the original KURO KAGE™ Silver shafts, but with the addition of TiNi wire in the tip section.
  • The result is a series of shafts that will deliver the lower launch and lower spin of the original KURO KAGE™ Silver profile, but with added stability and increased energy release through the impact zone, adding explosive power to the signature, KURO KAGE™ Silver profile.
  • Mitsubishi-Rayon engineers found a way to create High Density Prepreg: A prepreg material with 15% more carbon fiber and much less resin (20% vs. 33%) than found in mod prepreg. By changing the proportions of fiber to resin, and by using High Density at specific point along the shaft, we're able to add strength - while at the same time increasing feel - like never before.
  • Titanium Nickel (TiNi) Wire: TiNi wire is a premium elastic wire that immediately springs back to original shape when stretched. Integrating TiNi with carbon fibers in the tip section allows the energy to loaded and unloaded with great efficiency when the wire stretches, while providing extra strength and stability to the tip.
  • Low Resin Content Prepreg: MRC's Low Resin Content Prepreg, with up to 15% more carbon fiber and less resin (20% vs. 33%) allows them to create a higher density of carbon fibers without adding weight.
  • Bend Point: High
