it is a real weight screw, not just a look-alike. however there are no replacement screws available. this means you can remove the screw but cannot replace it with a lighter or heavier weight. if you like to add weight to the head or trim the head for a certain flight bias, i suggest lead tape, adhesive lead tape to be applied outside the head at strategic locations, you can add and remove the lead tape based on try and error. You can also add a weight plug inside the hosel when installing shaft. lead tape and weight plugs are available online at 'Clubmaking Supplies'

the head is a component head for your own club building. the head does not include a shaft or anything else than a head. we offer component kits (head, shaft, grip) and we offer online custom built clubs. iDrive hybrid is available online at Custom Built club.
