you will apply some self-adhesive lead tape on the sole plate near the heel. this will promote a draw bias to counter your fade

this is a real weight screw. however no other screws are available, i.e. the weight cannot be changed. i don't suggest to remove the screw because a small metal part from the thread could get loose and cause a rattle inside the head. just leave the screw at it is. if you wish to trim the head, apply self adhesive lead time outside the head
