Winn grips are the only grips I will use. Part of the reason, see my last name. But mostly because of the feel of them. I've always loved the tacky feel to them. So some back story of why I bought this particular grip. My dad passed away this year in August. As I was going through his stuff I looked at his golf bag. His putter grip was old and worn out. So now it has a brand new Winn Excel 2020 grip on it. I might start using that putter as well.
Advantages: Tacky feel and good feedback on putting. Also I don't care what anyone says. Winn grips, for me anyway, are easy to put on.
Disadvantages: None that I can see.

Winn grip works great for me, feels good and fits my hand perfectly.
Advantages: Good feel, good grip
Disadvantages: can't think of any
