  • A steel hoop wind in the Aerotech SteelFiber i70 Iron Shafts increases stability during swing.
  • A steel hoop wind incorporated in the shaft increases the dimensional stability during the swing. The high modulus graphite core for increased club head speed and an advanced steel fiber surface layer for stability help redefine golf shaft construction.
  • The lightest SteelFiber shaft in our lineup is a great shaft for those slower swing speed players looking to gain as much yardage as possible. This shaft is offered in a wide range of flexes and can hold up to even the most demanding swings. You won’t find a more stable 75 gram iron shaft anywhere. If a player is looking for all of the swing speed they can get or they’re looking to play the golf club substantially over length and want to maintain a reasonable swing weight the i70 is the right choice.
  • Bend Point: Mid
  • Ball Flight: Mid
  • Swing Speed: 65-75 mph (R), 75-85 mph (S)
  • Tip Trimming: #3I 0.5"; #4 1"; #5 1.5"; #6 2"; #7 2.5"; #8 3"; #9 & Wedge 3.5".

Have played and recommended Aerotech Steelfiber shafts for several years. They are the best kept secret in golf.

Advantages: Consistency of flex around the circumference. A dream to SST Pure.

Disadvantages: None
