A
the A flex shaft and the Stiff flex shafts are two different shafts. each one is the stiffer version of A/L and R/S combo flex and hence have the same tip trim.

A
the lady/senior shaft is built different from R-flex shaft. A/L and R/S shafts are two different shafts. Senior flex is stiffer than Lady flex, that's why it needs more tip trim than L flex. Senior flex is still softer than R. the tip trim chart is correct.

Put this shaft on a 23-degree hybrid with excellent results. Improved distance without lose of accuracy.
.

Advantages: Excellent length with a boring trajectory. Turned the hybrid into my go-to club between 160-175 yards

Disadvantages: None that I have found.

Quick service. Golf Equipment is expensive. Monark golf is a great alternative. The most important component in a golf club is the shaft.
Once people know their swing speed, they should be fitted for the correct shaft.
