- FAST (Flow Alignment Shaft Technology): This shaft is factory spine aligned and a sticker is attached on the shaft indicating the "Flow Alignment Line". The benefit is increased consistency, improved uniformity and more consistent recovery rate at moment of impact.

sorry, manufacturer did not provide a recommended swing speed. for X flex i suggest a swing speed of 100+ mph
