Description

iDrive Tour Graphite Shafts - Black

  • Unlike conventional graphite shafts i-Drive graphite shafts are filament wound, not table rolled.
  • High modulus material is filament wound around a special forming mandrel. The result is virtually no spine for increased consistency, improved uniformity and more consistent recovery rate at moment of impact. If all the talk about spine aligning and shaft pureing made you confused, don't look further.
  • Guaranteed 100% high modulus, high strength graphite.
  • Popular shafts are mid low flex point and low to mid torque for all level golfers.
  • A/L shafts have "Tour 4.1" logo on shaft, R/S carries "Tour 3.1" logo.
  • Bend Point: Low-Mid
  • Ball Flight: Mid-High
  • Tip Trimming:
    • Wood L-Flex: Driver 0"; #3W 0.5"; #5W 1"; #7W 1.5"; #9W 1.5"
    • Wood A-Flex: Driver 1"; #3W 1.5"; #5W 2"; #7W 2.5"; #9W 2.5"
    • Wood R-Flex: Driver 0"; #3W 0.5"; #5W 1"; #7W 1.5"; #9W 1.5"
    • Wood S-Flex: Driver 1"; #3W 1.5"; #5W 2"; #7W 2.5"; #9W 2.5".

iDrive graphite shafts are combo flex. if you want Senior flex, select the flex option "A/L". Senior flex is "A" flex.

A
iDrive graphite shafts are filament wound or endless woven, there is no seam. Puring is something for high performance shafts for low handicap golfers.

Used this shaft to replace my driver shaft. The iDrive shaft was tipped for R flex and it has out performed the sheet wound grafite shafts. Consistency and longer distance is a real plus. Offers a great feel throughout my swing for a low torque shaft.

Advantages: Great price for a quality shaft.

Disadvantages: None
