Description

iDrive Tour Lite Graphite Shafts

  • The Tour Lite is 10 grams lighter than the standard iDrive shafts.
  • The light weight Tour Lite promotes higher club head speed for more distance. Designed for golfers with smooth to average swing speed seeking extra distance.
  • Unlike conventional graphite shafts i-Drive graphite shafts are filament wound, not table rolled.
  • High modulus material is filament wound around a special forming mandrel. The result is virtually no spine for increased consistency, improved uniformity and more consistent recovery rate at moment of impact. If all the talk about spine aligning and shaft pureing made you confused, don't look further.
  • Guaranteed 100% high modulus, high strength graphite.
  • Popular shafts are mid low flex point and low to mid torque for all level golfers.
  • Bend Point: Mid
  • Ball Flight: Mid
  • Tip Trimming:
    • Wood L-Flex: Driver 0"; #3W 0.5"; #5W 1"; #7W 1.5"; #9W 1.5"

A
the printed shaft logo will not show the flex, i.e. all flexes share the same logo. there is a sticker attached to the butt end of shaft showing the flex.

Very nice shaft. Requires a smooth tempo and will get the ball in the air. I paired this shaft with a 3 & 4 iron BMT S-550 head.

I have been using these shafts in a lot of clubs, they are Great Shafts, I am an old guy so the very light shaft helps me to generate some club head speed.

Advantages: Very light weight, value for the money

Disadvantages: NONE

Good shaft so far. I'm using it and my handicap hasn't gone down.

Advantages: It's not broken the way my other one was. I can afford another one if this one breaks.

These are good shafts once you get past the install. The products from iDrive require some sanding to get the diameter down to fit in a club head. 90% of the shafts I have purchased were oversized by at .005.

Advantages: Inexpensive and perform well for mid handicap

Disadvantages: Poor dimensional quality on the tips.

I put this on a Super Concorde 5w and it works well. I’m a senior and essentially a bogey golfer. This combination helps me make up for my loss of driver distance.

Advantages: Light weight. Good shot dispersion on a 5w.

Disadvantages: Maybe too whippy for a younger, more competitive golfer.
