Syntec AccuForce 70-HB Hybrid Graphite Shaft

  • The 2015 Syntec Accuforce 70-HB hybrid shaft has the same logo as before but is an all-new shaft:  filament wound instead of table rolled.
  • High modulus material is filament wound around a special forming mandrel. The result is virtually no spine for increased consistency, improved uniformity and more consistent recovery rate at moment of impact. If all the talk about spine aligning and shaft pureing made you confused, don't look further.
  • The Accuforce 70-HB shaft is 42" long and features a mid bend point and low torque tip specially designed for today's popular hybrid clubs. These popular shafts with mid flex point and mid torque are designed for all level golfers. Now available in convenient A/L and R/S combo flexes.
  • Guaranteed 100% high modulus, high strength graphite.
  • Bend Point: Mid
  • Ball Flight: Mid
  • Tip Trimming: Apply hybrid club length to an equivalent iron number, e.g. 39" hybrid club length equivalent to #3 iron men's std. length.

Syntec shafts are perfect for my 86 mph swing speed. Older golfers will like the feel and ball flight comparable to much higher priced shafts.

Advantages: Low cost
Nice ball flight
Great for lower swing speeds

Disadvantages: None

I have used the Syntec shafts for a number of years on many different clubs. I used the Syntec AccuForce 70-HB Hybrid Graphite Shafts on a set of MacGregor hybrid irons and they are great! The price is right for me. Tipping instructions are very clear.

Advantages: The shafts are priced very reasonably. Club building and playing them is my hobby. The shafts don't wobble on slight mis-hits. Very solid.

Disadvantages: I really don't have any complaints on the shafts. I'm certain there may be better shafts, for much more money. I've played the game for over fifty years, and I must say these shafts are superb from my standpoint.
