tip trim is not related to the weight of a head, tip trim is meant to keep a desired shaft flex throughout the set. the online recommended tip trim chart applies to any club head

there are no ferrules for juniors. Junior driver head takes standard adult wood ferrule, junior iron head takes standard adult iron ferrule.
