Fujikura Speeder 47 is 0.350 tip diameter, it will not fit 0.370 hosel bore of hybrid but you can use a brass shim. Shaft is 44" raw length, you will need to do a good amount of shaft trimming for hybrid club length, it may change the shaft's behavior and playability.

the final club length depends on the depth of the hosel bore of your driver head. if the raw shaft length is 44", the final club length will be around 44.5". this club length is fine for a player with shorter to average body height.
