different hybrid heads have a different recommended club length. you will find recommended mens standard club length at the webpage of the hybrid head you are looking at. Click on the tab "Specification'. you will find the club length at the hybrid head page, not at the shaft page.

the max tip trim is 2 inches. this means hybrids with a loft higher than 26 deg. will also get 2 inches tip trim.
