  • Next generation of the Recoil ES models designed to provide maximum distance and control for all player types.

Q
A
UST F1 flex is lady flex. F2 is Mens Senior flex. if you make the club length longer and no tip trim, it will make the shaft a bit softer, not stiffer. if you wish F2 flex, please order this shaft in F2 flex. pls note that most, if not all UST Recoil shafts are out of stock and backordered by UST since several months.

The UST Recoil graphite iron shafts really changed the performance of my older Mizuno JPX 850 irons. I had the older set of 850’s in storage, not using them anymore. I’m playing Mizuno 919 forged irons, great clubs. I installed the UST Recoil shafts in the 850’s just to try out and the 850’s are playing better than the forged 919 clubs! The Recoil shafts feel like they have more punch and distance with less effort.

Advantages: More distance with a good flight.

Disadvantages: A little less workability.

Mated the Recoil 460 to the Dynacraft Prophet CB ironed (5 iron) and it PERFECTLY matches my name brand iron set. I matched the swing weight and the balance point and its performance is as good as the rest of the set.

Advantages: Sleek, lightweight, easy to work with

Disadvantages: None that I have found
