the shaft flex is printed at the right side of shaft logo. it should say "60" and then the flex.

Mitsubishi is not posting recommended swing speed for their shafts. i suggest that you get fitted by a professional club fitter with swing analyzer and launch monitor. he will find out what is your actual swing speed.
