the slanted hosel is 72º. this adapter is designed for putters with 90º bore. it will change the 90º (head) to 72º (butt end) to use a straight shaft. the adapter will substitute a single bend shaft. The adapter was not designed to get bent.

H-002 does not make an offset, it is only slanted
The main purpose is to convert 90º bore angle or upright post to 72º slanted so that you can use
A straight shaft instead of a bent shaft.
H-003 creates an offset plus converts 90º angle to 72º angle
