I was using the same Ping putter since 1977 with good results. Lately, I was missing shorter putts due to hitting the ball off-center. The Heater IV putter head seemed to have the characteristics I was looking for. I wasn't disappointed. I have all but eliminated three putts and no longer fear the shorter ones. I will stack this putter up against any $250 name brand putter.
