AccuFlex graphite shafts are filament wound around a special forming mandrel. The advantage is increased consistency and a seamless design, i.e. virtually no spine. AccuFlex proprietary A2 Technology increases the feel, durability and playability of each shaft. This is accomplished by using expensive high tonnage carbon fibers and reducing the resin content; the benefit is less voids in the material, tighter tolerances and better performance. AccuFlex Nano Composite Technology voids in the fiber, tighter tolerances and can feature lighter weight with more fiber density. Nano Composite technology creates a tighter molecular structur and reduces voids, makes a shaft stronger, makes the shaft recovery faster with less shaft deformation while transmitting a better feel.
