Epoxy Supplies

there are specially formulated industrial epoxies designed for building golf clubs. Epoxy is a thermosetting polymer that is a high strength adhesive. Two parts, the resin and the hardener, are mixed together to create a chemical reaction that cures the epoxy to hardness

Epoxy must have a good strength, e.g. 3000 psi. Super fast epoxies often have reduced strength but curing very fast.

Epoxy is not drying, it is a chemical reaction. There are epoxies with 24 hour time, 10 minutes and 5 minutes. Slow curing epoxies feature a higher sheer strength, fast curing epoxies have a lower strength.

the price depends on the fast curing time and quantity. Faster epoxies are a bit more expensive. The cheapest epoxy is a job size quantity, i.e. portion is good for building just one club

Shafting beads are a filler material to narrow a gap between shaft tip diameter and hosel bore, but it may reduce bond strength
