TJM I bought the 7-iron recently and built it to match a few other models from various manufacturers for a true head-to-head test. Astonishingly this blade beat out the rest in performance, namely in trajectory, distance and feel. I am absolutely surprised given what an old design this is and that it is a true muscle back. I cannot say enough about the cell and control these irons impart. I can't wait to get the rest to complete my set.
