A
Aldila VX hybrid shafts have been discontinued by Aldila and are sold out. these items were value shafts, traditional weight of around 75 gram. Any clubmaker shaft in 75 gram with a mid-high ball flight will be comparable to the VX shaft.
Paragon Sports manufactured different graphite iron shafts. there is no specification for Paragon shafts and i cannot compare them with another shaft. Most of Paragon shafts are price pointed shaft. for a value hybrid graphite shaft i suggest Syntec Accuforce HB shaft or iDrive Hybrid shaft, both have the same specs.
Advantages: ball control, able to hit farther and much higher than irons.
Disadvantages: none

As a 70+ Senior and not consistent with irons, the X9 hybrid gives me control every time...I use it on many types of shots and my golf group is always amazed how this club performs
Advantages: Confidence in making good contact approaching the green
