Just really happy with these irons. I'm 67 and for the first time in my golfing life which goes back to age 8 I switched to a senior shaft in these irons. I still play pretty good 8 handicap. But I was losing some distance with my Pings. With these irons I got a lot back. I was hitting a 7 iron 150 yards with the P888 7 iron with graphite senior shaft I'm back to hitting the 7 iron 165 yards. Took a good month to adjust to these clubs. I only wish I would have got a 4 iron because I'm hitting these so well instead of using a 4 hybrid.

Advantages: Accuracy and gained distance I had lost.

Disadvantages: My own fault I choose the wrong grips so I regriped them with Golf Pride Tour velvet which I've always used.

Love these grips. The size & shape fit my hands well & give me a sense of confidence. I also like the price & service I get from Monark Golf.

Advantages: Feel & comfort is better than most others. Weight is correct for most of mu putters as well. I also like the color choices available.

Disappointed in grips. Red discolors and stains gloves.

This wedge is a great alternative to the VERY expensive name brand wedges. Have been building clubs for several years, and playing the game for over twenty years. I can say with confidence that these clubs preform just as good as the one hundred fifty - two hundred dollars clubs for a quarter the price. Monark golf has always provided good products and service for me.

Advantages: Excellent spin on the ball, launch’s great out of deep rough and sand. Distance control is great on bump an runs, and flop shots. I have a set in my bag, I’ve built several sets for customers, and use the for demo clubs.

Disadvantages: None that I can think of

Worked Great

Replaced shafts in 3 and 4 iron (in hybrid iron set). Reading some reviews elsewhere I trimmed them a 1/2" softer (0" for the 3 and 1/2" for the 4), spined with my homemade finder and wow these are nice. Nice soft mid-kick feel. Hitting a nice little draw. I'm solidly in the mid 'R' swing speed range with smoother tempo. I really like this shaft

Advantages: Soft feel, tight dispersion, cost

I installed the Acer mini head on a Fujikura Vista Pro senior flex shaft at 43.5 inches.

Advantages: I can hit this mini driver straighter and farther than my Ping G400 driver with the same shaft. I hit this new club about 230 yards. It's nice playing my second shot from the fairway.

Disadvantages: none

I like the fact that I can upgrade some clubs instead of buying new ones.

Advantages: Much cheaper than new clubs & I get a lot of satisfaction knowing I made a club to works & feels the way that works for me.

These shafts are really good.
I tipped them between regular and stiff. They play perfect. When I checked weights before building, they were within a few grams of each other.

Advantages: Very consistent and really nice bend profile.

Disadvantages: Can't find any

Love these clubs! Solid feel on every shot. Wedges seem to fly higher and as predicted, also longer. I am going to have recalculate my distances on all irons. Seems like no loss of distance on the 4/5 hybrids.

Advantages: Single length affords the same setup and swing plane on all clubs.

Disadvantages: Wedge shots fly further. Need to adjust.

Installed easy. Great grips for the cost.
